Hello Merlee

Thank you for sending me your latest video. It's all very nicely produced and quite graphic. It reminded me of overhearing the telephone conversation you were having with Michelangelo, discussing the 'output' of your enema that morning. It certainly woke me up to my prudish and polite English up bringing - these things were never ever mentioned, it was a big shock. But being so polite I wasn't going 'judge' and had to find in me a mental approach that enabled me to be accepting of the situation...'OK thats just how colonic therapist talk to each other - all those bodily functions 'n stuff'I said to myself. Then I could sit further with it. I have to say I still don't have too many graphic conversation with people about their 'output.' Although I am now getting quite curious about how differently people do their enema's and I have had these conversations. (not so many though!) Being me, with my own experimental and inquisitive nature I've tried out so many different positions and adaptations I now want to know what/how other people do it - even though I have settled with a way in which I am very happy with that.

How things have developed and evolved since then, ah.... nearly 8 years on?

I am glad to hear the message of hope and the 'doing it for yourself' your video is sending out. My first ever liver cleanse was back in 1997, I also remember it vividly, taken from book by Helga Clarke 'The Cure for all diseases'. (oh and the zapper making too!!)
There are indeed more mountains to climb and more levels of cleaning to be done, but just getting started with the physical body is a big step for a lot of people, for some this will be a lifetimes work and maybe many lifetimes.

Then the next level is a completely different ball game altogether and a lot more difficult needing a whole new genre of, and loads more discipline!!!

Today We can simply count our Blessings and be grateful.
What a wonderful life, still with the chance to be here and make a difference - isn't that great??

love to you for 2010
hope we can get together - soon-ish
wanna fix that lunch/dinner date we've been threatening for the pat 3 years?
