Good bacteria also known as probiotic, have a very important roll to play in health. They have a job to perform and without them life would be impossible. They manufacture some of the vital 3 vitamins. These include niacin (B3), Peridoxine (B6 – very helpful with PMT) and folic acid. They manufacture milk digesting enzyme lactase which helps to digest dairy foods rich in calcium.
These probiotics actively produce antibacterial substances which help to kill and deactivate hostile pathogenic bacteria. They do this by changing the intestine level of acidity by depriving the disease causing pathogen of their nutrients. They are very clever organisms in that they can produce substances to kill invading viruses and yeasts. They do this to protect the environment they live in.
Some bacteria such as (bifidophilus and acidophilus) have been shown to: Read more on How Good bacteria (Probiotics) Work and The Health Benefits…

A lot of people find it difficult to use other people’s toilets or public toilets. So the call of nature is usually held. When you eventually go the stools are dry, hard and difficult to pass. This can also be painful. One of the most common reasons your bowel goes on strike is because of lack of fibre, oil and water. “Does that ring a bell?” If you drive a car it should! Parasites are organisms that live off their hosts. They can infect anyone of any age, gender, background.
They obtain their food & nutrients from their hosts causing them harm in the process. They can enter our bodies through various methods, one of which is our diet. Intestinal parasites either feed on the food we eat, stealing important nutrients from our diet, or they feed on us.
Parasites also secrete waste/toxins. A perfect living environment is created for these parasites when we do not eliminate fecal waste from our intestines. This is why it is so crucial to have regular bowel movements and prevent toxins from building up as they can cause many health problems.
