If your anus is
• itching,
• there is a painful swelling that hangs like grapes
• there is blood
• and if its painful when expelling a hard stool
than you may be experiencing haemorrhoids (piles). The most common type develops inside the anus; these can sometimes bleed but not be painful. The external ones are painful. They can sometimes become prolapsed and protrude from the anus – looking like a soft lump.
It is said that long sitting, ageing and pregnancy can all contribute to haemorrhoids. When straining to perform a bowel movement you can make the haemorrhoids worse.
If you are looking for comfort and relief try these top tips:
Add a good handful of Epsom salts into your bath, stir, dissolving the salts well. Immerse the area into the bath – this should help to constrict the haemorrhoid. You may want to try a sitz bath. You can have a sitz bath with any part of the body, i.e. hips, hands, feet. For the purpose of this article we are concentrating on the lower part of the anatomy.
If you have a bidet than use it by placing your bottom in a full bowl of arm water, sit for 10 minutes in the warm water, drain the bidet, refill with cold water and sit for 5 minutes. When you’ve finished alternating between hot and cold (do this for half and hour) than completely dry the area.
What you’re trying to achieve is shrinkage of swollen vessels, providing enormous relief.
Remember
Please dab the area – do not scratch
You can also try sitting on ice. Read more on Haemorrhoids…

SWINE FLU
WITH BETA GLUCAND AND SILVER SHIELD

YOU will be aware that the recent outbreak of SWINE FLU has now been declared a pandemic. Dr Margaret Chan, director-general of the World Health Organisation, has warned that the swine flu virus first identified in Mexico cannot be contained, as the number of cases identified globally grows by the day. today
History shows us that flu pandemics occur approximately every 30 years. After this time the genetic make up of a ‘flu virus changed so much that immunity built up from previous strains becomes irrelevant, so that herd immunity, our main defence against pandemics, has become negligible.
Antibiotics are no use in treating viral infections Read more on Swine flu and how you can help protect yourself through natural treatment…

Every parent knows how upsetting it is to see their babies bum red, painful and bumpy. This is a baby’s most tender area. The rash is usually caused by a dirty wet nappy which is why it’s called nappy rash.
The burning is from the ammonia produced by urine, which comes into contact with faeces, which carries bacteria. The stools alone can be quite irritating to a child’s rear end.
We can suggest Silver Shield Gel. This product is manufactured with a patented process called Aqua Sol technology and uses only the finest particle size colloids to ensure maximum bioavailability and efficiency, providing 24ppm of silver in a clean moisturising gel.

Female intimate care.
The vagina is an elastic fibromuscular canal leading from the vulva to the uterus. Its elasticity permits it to perform many physiological functions, allowing it to stretch during sexual intercourse and vaginal childbirth. It is also the path through which menstrual blood and tissue leave the body.

Vaginal douching is a century old practice that dates back prior to the time of Hippocrates. Douching is thought of as being good hygienic practice by many women and hygiene is the main reason behind its use. Other reasons for women douching could be to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease or after the menstrual cycle to cleanse. Vinegar, lye and soapy water are the most common solutions used to douche.
There are records from the time of the Egyptians of women using pessaries. They believed that inserting the pessary into the vagina and holding it in place by using their pelvis floor muscle that this would act like a form of contraceptive. Sometimes they would even use crocodile dung, which was lubricated with honey and oil this was thought to be effective in killing sperms.
It has been reported that many tampon makers use chemicals and poisons such as asbestos on the tampons. These chemicals make the woman bleed more. It is also suggested that wood chip is put into tampons which again will induce prolonged bleeding. As a consequence women need more tampons to use and hence more tampons are sold.
